So it looks like we have another female femcee in our presence. The scantly clad, lollipop lickin' Nick Minaj. Maybe it's just me but I aint know much about her. Of course I've seen her before ( I don't live under a rock) who hasn't. How could you miss this character. Of course I've heard her on a couple of tracks. That "Bedrock" joint is gettin' much air play in my neck of da woods. But it seemed to me like she just materialized outta thin air. So I had to know more. Where does she get of callin' herself a femcee? Cause Lil Wayne said so?
Speaking of Wayne, I thought she was signed with him, but it aint so. Apparently she is independent and plans to stay that way. She was also rumored to be signed with Guccie Mane on the So Icy label but that aint so either. However they do share the same management so maybe that's where the connection came from.
This 23yr old self proclaimed Harajuku Barbie (thats right another femcee that wants to be a barbie, who does that put you in the mind of....Lil Kim maybe?) hails from South Jamaica Queens. So she might be on her way to winning me over as I too am from Queens. But what about talent. Well we have all seen "Fame" haven't we? Turns out she went to the School of Performing Arts and is a trained writer. Have you heard of the UMA's (Underground Music Awards), yes, well she won Female Artist of the Year. Now that I did not know. Not only is she a femcee but ladies and gents she also sings. Her first album is rumored to have R&B and Pop songs on it. Go figure. She started out as a femcee in the underground mix tape curciut ( hence winning the UMA's) and thats where she gained notariety. Seems like she is the real deal Holy Field yall.
I just recently heard a new track of hers entitled "Girlfriend" and I love it I do. I never doubted her for a minute.

I love the fact that we have a new female femcee. Lyrically I am impressed. Simply because her image led me to believ that she may be lackig in he talent department. So much glam, maybe over compensating for something. But not so, she's nasty wit it and I love that she is playin' on the line between sexy nasty and disgusting. I am excited to see here her creer takes us. Just please don't cross that line love.
